“ We went to celebrate my son's 26th Birthday. The service was great from the moment we walked in until we left. The servers and staff were very attentive without being overwhelming. We were greeted and seated fast, our drink order was taken and brought to us within a reasonable time frame. The drinks were good and hit just enough. The establishments music was very good & the level was perfect. We could enjoy the music and still talk amongst each other. It was very clean & organized. The food was so delicious. My dad had a Cubano and no. Crumbs were left, and the platano chips that came with it were delicious according to him. My mom had the patstelon and even had to bring half home because it was so big. My son had a Churasco with a moro rice...he devoured it and said the steak was like butter. I had a Palomilla steak with rice, beans & maduros....it was sooooo good. We all had the Tres Leche for dessert and it did not disappoint. Phenomenal Experience. ”

“ I love Havana! Great food! Strong Drinks! Efficient friendly service and a definite vibe. Another thing I love about them is that they cater to the Vegan diners. When my dad comes to visit from Fl. we have to keep in mind that he is vegan, and sometimes finding a restaurant can be difficult. Especially finding one that caters to the carnivores and the herbivores! Lol. The Cuban Sandwiches are delicioso and the Chivita salad has been a favorite of mine for many years. They make a strong and delish Cuba Libre and Cojito as well. Come through, you'll be glad you did! ”

“ My hubby and I favorite place to go!! The food and the drinks are just so good!! The red sangria baby!! That's all I have to say lol! My hubby loves the coconut mojitos. They are very tasty too!! We love to get the empanadas cheese and spinach for starters. For our entrees I usually get the shrimp in garlic sauce with with rice, black beans and plantains. My hubby gets the rice with chicken!! So much he can take some home. We are here literally 2 -3 a month!! No complaints!! ”

“ I've heard of Havana Cafe for years but never made my way there, until today! 12/18/22. My review is based on a Sunday early dinner service which began just as their brunch service ended. We were greeted by Niyah, very nice hostess who was very attentive while we were there and graciously offered us unlimited sangria even though brunch ended at 4pm and it was 3:55pm when we entered, I thought it was nice of her to extend that courtesy. I'll start with ambiance: space is nice, looks like it can get really tight when crowded but as we were coming at the end of brunch it ended up feeling cozy and warm. Music is loud, but we were still able to have conversation without having to scream at each other to hear. The bathrooms are clean and if you've read my other reviews you'll see that I will judge a whole restaurant based on their restrooms cleanliness... (so happy to report Havana Cafe was on point there.) Appetizer: We had the Pastelon Cubano it was sooooo tasty! It's best described as a type of "lasagne." Except there's no pasta, they use Maduros (sweet plantain) to layer with meat and mozzarella cheese. We chose the option with shredded beef instead of ground beef and it was really good! Would definitely order again. Entrées: Vaca Frita: this dish is supposed to be a shredded beef that's cooked to a crispy char and is loaded with onions and flavor, served with black rice and beans. The beans were tasty but nothing special about them. The beef wasn't crispy at all and lacked that necessary texture I was expecting. But it was really flavorful and filling so I'd say it was still a good meal overall. Lobster from the Cuban fusion menu was pretty good as well. The lobster was a bit over cooked for our taste but the flavors were spot on. It comes with a fried rice that has maduros in it and my partner liked it. It was a bit too overpowered with cilantro for my taste, but she really enjoyed it! The sangrias were pretty good. They didn't add as much fruit as I was expecting from a sangria. There were a few pieces of what was either green apple or green pear floating in the cup but nothing else. No pineapple, red apple or even a piece of orange. It was a passion fruit sangria and a tropical sangria but there were no tropical fruit or actual passion fruit in the drink. I think that would amp up the drink and up the flavor a bit. But overall they were good drinks. Service was good our waitress was nice but I really want to point out how amazing the host Niyah was. She was really nice from the moment we entered and checked on us while we waited for our drinks and food! It seems like their staff works well together and it all flowed smoothly from what we could gather. As for pricing it was fair in my opinion. The quality and taste of the food was worth the price they're asking! We'll definitely be back. ”

“ Music was popping. A bit loud for my taste. Food was amazing loved it all. Portions are a nice size and the environment was nice. Came for a double date. No reservations needed. They accommodated us easily. The service was fast and on point. We had calamari, Cuban sandwhich, Bronx Cuban chopped cheese, Churrasco with maduros and Moro and a spicy Margarita. Churrasco was our favorite ! ”

“ First time here and I was glad this was dinner. Although I only ordered a cup of asopao de camerones with chicken empanadas. The soup had a good flavor to the broth. Had a lot of shrimp ( I was shocked). Has potatoes, red peppers, green peppers, shrimp and onions. The chicken empanadas had alot of shredded chicken and the sauce that comes with it complimented it very well. I will eat here again. ”
